TraceGains accelerates European expansion with six new appointments to meet demand

TraceGains, the leading provider of compliance, quality, and innovation solutions for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, has taken a major step forward in its European growth journey with the appointment of six new team members across the region.

As demand for supply chain visibility and digital transformation accelerates across Europe, TraceGains is scaling its local presence to meet customer needs in key markets, including DACH, Benelux, the UK, and Ireland, for its advanced ecosystem that connects brands and ingredient suppliers to streamline compliance, quality, and innovation.

Joining the team are Matthew Anderson as Market Development Manager for Europe, Hannah-Marian Thompson as Market Development Representative for DACH, Koen De Croo as Sales Engineer for DACH, Mandy Lämmel as Marketing Manager for DACH, Tim Juchert as Account Executive for DACH, and Dean Fitzsimmons as Account Executive for the UK & Ireland.

The appointments reflect TraceGains’ commitment to embedding regional expertise in local markets, particularly in the highly regulated European region, where understanding local requirements is critical.

From market development and technical engineering to local marketing and account management, the expanded team will ensure TraceGains acts as a partner supporting brands on their digitalisation journey, delivering the hands-on support and expertise European F&B brands need to strengthen supply chain resilience, accelerate innovation and navigate growing regulatory complexity.

Michelle Henry, Director of Sales for Europe at TraceGains, commented: “We’re seeing extraordinary demand across Europe as F&B businesses race to future-proof their operations against evolving regulations like the EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) and CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directive), as well as challenges like supply chain disruptions, managing global supply networks, and growing consumer demands for transparency and innovation. Our growing European team brings the perfect mix of local insight, technical expertise, and commercial drive to help our customers turn these challenges into competitive advantages. With this expanded team, we’re doubling down on our promise to help brands thrive in an ever-changing global marketplace.

“Each of these new team members brings a wealth of experience and embodies the standard of excellence TraceGains is known for, making them a dream fit for our business,” added Michelle. “This is a tremendously exciting point in the company’s growth story, and I couldn’t be more confident about the impact this team will make as we continue to expand across Europe.”

TraceGains serves over 1,500 customers worldwide, including half of the top 100 global F&B manufacturers, connecting brands to their supply chains across a global network of 100,000 supplier locations and more than 600,000 ingredients and products.
